These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website edutechglobal.in and all services provided by Career Bana Le (operated by Edutechglobal.in, hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "Company"). By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, registering for any programme, or using any of our services, you ("User" or "Student") agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

Our Services
Career Bana Le provides the following services to students and professionals:
- Free Study Abroad Counselling: One-on-one sessions covering country selection, university shortlisting, course selection, and career guidance
- Test Preparation: IELTS, TOEFL, PTE Academic, GRE, GMAT, SAT — online and offline coaching
- University Application Assistance: Profile building, SOP writing guidance, LOR advice, and application submission support
- Visa Guidance: Documentation checklist, mock interviews, and visa filing assistance
- Online Courses: Through MSMGrad, QAcademy, and other partner platforms
- Scholarship Assistance: Identifying and applying for scholarships
- Pathway Programmes: Foundation, diploma, and credit transfer programmes
Advisory Role: Career Bana Le acts as an educational consultancy and advisor. We do not guarantee admission to any university, visa approval by any government authority, or scholarship awards. All decisions rest with the respective institutions and authorities.
Eligibility & Registration
- You must be at least 16 years of age to use our services. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and enquiry
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (if applicable)
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion
Fees, Payments & Refund Policy
A. Fee Structure
Free counselling sessions are provided at no charge. Fees apply for test preparation programmes, online courses, university application assistance, and other paid services. All fees are displayed on the relevant programme pages and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
B. Payment Terms
- Payments must be made in full prior to commencement of paid programmes unless an instalment plan has been agreed in writing
- We accept UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and bank transfers
- All payments are processed through secure, RBI-compliant payment gateways
- A payment receipt/invoice will be issued within 48 hours of confirmed payment
C. Refund Policy
- Cancellation within 48 hours: Full refund if no service has been rendered (excluding payment gateway charges)
- Cancellation after programme commencement: Pro-rated refund based on services rendered, less an administrative fee of 15%
- No refund is available once study materials, mock tests, or digital content have been accessed or downloaded
- Non-refundable services: Registration assistance fees, document processing charges, and visa-related service fees are non-refundable once initiated
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@edutechglobal.in within 7 days of the qualifying event
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method
Note: University application fees paid to external institutions, exam registration fees (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE) paid to ETS/Pearson/IDP, and visa application fees paid to embassies are non-refundable by Career Bana Le. These are governed by the respective third-party organisations.
User Obligations
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide truthful and accurate academic and personal information at all times
- Not misrepresent your qualifications, test scores, or any other credentials to us or to universities
- Not engage in any form of academic fraud, plagiarism, or misrepresentation in documents we assist with
- Not use our website or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
- Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website, systems, or databases
- Not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from our website without written permission
- Attend scheduled counselling sessions on time or provide at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling
Termination of Service: We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend services, without refund, if a user is found to have provided false information, engaged in fraud, academic misconduct, or violated these Terms in any material way.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, study materials, course content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of Career Bana Le / Edutechglobal.in and is protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and applicable international intellectual property laws.

- You may NOT reproduce, republish, sell, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written consent
- You may NOT use our brand name, logo, or trademarks without prior written authorisation

A. No Admission or Visa Guarantee
Critical Disclaimer: Career Bana Le does NOT guarantee university admission, visa approval, scholarship awards, or any specific immigration outcome. All admissions decisions are made solely by the respective universities. All visa decisions are made by the respective government authorities. Our role is advisory and facilitative only.
B. Accuracy of Information
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding universities, scholarships, visa requirements, and test formats. However, university requirements, visa rules, and exam formats change frequently. We strongly advise you to verify all information directly with the respective institution, government authority, or official exam body before making any decisions.
C. Website Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to our website. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict access to the website for technical or business reasons without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from website downtime.
D. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Career Bana Le shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to university rejection, visa denial, loss of fees paid to third parties, or loss of income or opportunity.

Our services may involve interactions with third-party organisations including universities, visa authorities, exam bodies (ETS, Pearson, IDP/British Council), accommodation providers, and online course platforms. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or policies of these third-party entities. Any agreements you enter into with third parties are solely between you and that party.
